Terms of service

Terms of Service

Welcome to Resellune. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase and use of our digital products.

By accessing our website or purchasing from Resellune, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Products

Resellune sells digital informational products, including supplier packs, sourcing information, databases, guides, and related resources.

No physical products are included unless explicitly stated otherwise.

After purchasing a digital product, you will receive access electronically using the delivery method shown during or after checkout.

2. Supplier Information

Our supplier packs contain information about independent third-party suppliers and businesses.

Resellune is not the manufacturer, seller, distributor, representative, or agent of products offered by these third parties.

Any purchase or business relationship you enter into with a supplier is a separate transaction between you and that supplier.

Supplier information may change over time, including:

  • prices and minimum order quantities;
  • products and inventory;
  • shipping destinations and costs;
  • product specifications;
  • websites and contact information; and
  • business policies.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information when our guides are prepared or updated, but we cannot guarantee that third-party information will remain unchanged.

3. Due Diligence

You are responsible for evaluating a supplier and its products before placing an order.

We strongly recommend ordering samples where possible before purchasing inventory in larger quantities.

You are also responsible for ensuring that any products you source, advertise, import, or resell comply with the laws, product-safety requirements, intellectual-property rules, tax requirements, and other regulations applicable to you and your market.

4. No Earnings Guarantee

Resellune provides sourcing information and educational resources.

We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, business success, or any particular financial result from using our products.

Any pricing, margin, or resale examples included in our guides are examples or estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

5. Intellectual Property and Brand References

Third-party brand names and trademarks referenced in our content belong to their respective owners.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Resellune is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by those brands.

References to third-party products or brands are provided for informational purposes.

6. Personal Use and Sharing

Your purchase grants you a limited right to use the purchased Resellune digital product for your own personal or business sourcing purposes.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share, sublicense, or commercially distribute our supplier packs, PDFs, databases, guides, or other proprietary content without our permission.

Purchasing access to supplier information does not transfer ownership of Resellune’s content or intellectual property to you.

7. Third-Party Websites

Our digital products and website may contain links to third-party websites.

Resellune does not control these websites and is not responsible for their products, services, availability, security, content, shipping, customer service, or business practices.

Visiting or purchasing from a third-party website is at your own discretion.

8. Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Resellune, our website, or our digital products for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website or digital-delivery systems.

10. Changes to Our Products

We may update, correct, reorganize, expand, or discontinue parts of our digital products as our supplier research and services evolve.

Because supplier information comes from independent third parties, individual supplier listings may also become outdated or unavailable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resellune will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your dealings with independent third-party suppliers or your business decisions based on our informational resources.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business, or legal requirements.

The version published on our website at the time of use will be the applicable version, subject to applicable law.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the Contact page on resellune.store.

One thing I deliberately didn’t put in here is something like “Resellune can never be held responsible for anything whatsoever.” Those sweeping clauses aren’t necessarily enforceable against consumers, particularly in the EU. Shopify also specifically tells merchants targeting EEA customers to provide clear terms and respect mandatory consumer rights.

This also protects an important part of your business: someone buying the $9.99 Pro 2 Supplier Pack isn’t buying the right to repost the PDF and sell copies of it themselves.
