Refund Policy
Resellune sells digital products, including supplier packs, sourcing guides, databases, and other downloadable resources. No physical products are shipped or included with your purchase.
Digital Products
Our digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Because digital content can be accessed immediately and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
For customers who have a statutory right of withdrawal, including eligible customers in the European Union, applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Where permitted by law, by expressly requesting immediate access to digital content before the end of the applicable withdrawal period and acknowledging the loss of your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, you agree that the digital content may be supplied immediately.
Problems With Your Order
If you purchased a product but:
- did not receive access to your digital files;
- received the wrong digital product;
- received a corrupted or inaccessible file; or
- were charged incorrectly,
please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Supplier Information
Resellune provides curated information about independent third-party suppliers. Purchasing a Resellune product does not guarantee supplier availability, pricing, inventory, shipping availability, product quality, sales, revenue, or profit.
Supplier information can change after publication. A change to a third-party supplier’s pricing, inventory, website, policies, or availability does not by itself make a Resellune digital product eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, contact us as soon as possible. We will review duplicate-purchase requests individually.
