Products sold directly by Resellune are digital unless explicitly stated otherwise. No physical goods are included with the purchase of a supplier pack or digital guide.

Transactions with third-party suppliers are made independently between the customer and the respective supplier.

Third-party trademarks, product names, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Resellune is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by those third parties.

One thing we’ll need to update

Once you’ve settled the legal identity you’re actually selling under—for example, if Resellune is operated through a Romanian SRL/PFA or another registered business—we should add the required legal trader information here, such as the legal entity/name, registered address, registration information and VAT details where applicable.

For an EU-facing online store, “Resellune” alone isn’t necessarily sufficient trader identification once you’re actually operating commercially, so that’s something I don’t want us to overlook before launch.
